1. The advice center

Our team of experts can help you with all enquiries needed for our products. They will give you technical information, not only the characteristics but also information on the regulation, the deadlines and the prices. 2. The industrial partner.

The Factory MONROC, is installed in Vendée (FRANCE). It gives us an additional industrial advantage. Thanks to modern tools for manufacturing, machining and assembly it can place at your disposal a range of standard industrial axles, agricultural or made to measure. The factory is directed by an engineer who has the art and metier qualification. The department, the manager has the knowledge to make and experiment because of the important technical capabilities under his control which in particular include CAD. 

3. The right product at the right time.

Our logistics have been tested with an advancedd organisation. The site covers 5ha. The principle warehouse is 8mt high and is 10 000m² large. Everything has been organized to facilitate the smooth flow of goods to national and international destinations, we have thousands of different vats and racks, according to the dimensions, nine loading bays which are fitted with computerized addressing. The means of handling can also be adapted: tri forklifts truck directional. Finally we have an area for goods waiting for custom dealance. You can benefit from a service of assembly with machines specialized according to your dimensions, which include automatic semi-assemblies for the tubeless series.

 

Our capacity which is more than 2000 assemblies a day makes it possible for us to  meet your needs under the best possible conditions. These means are managed by a specialized team which can organize your deliveries by regular routes or in the event of an emergency by  methods. It is important for us that you are delivered within the deadlines. It is nice to be delivered fast particularly when you cannot continue without the piece needed. Each memberof our team understands the process quality when dealing with our customers. The quality controller in our firm is Jean Roux (RAQ). This quality control is reinforced by a management system which integrated ERP. This makes it possible to follow all information from the initial order until the delivery.
